Hi!
My APC Back-UPS ES 700 stopped working after 3 years of service.
First of all, during that period i found that sometimes UPS has restarted itself with no logical condition or preceeding sound signals. But this did not happen often.
Yesterday, UPS switched to battery mode when there was no problem with external power source. When battery was empty, UPS stopped providing Battery Backup + Surge Protection mode. It looks like it may not detect electricity. Yet, other 4 power sockets (Surge Protection mode only) work fine.
Is there anything i can do to resolve my problem?
With regards,
Max
