APC Back-UPS 700VA 230V weird problems.

Hello all, my name is Javi

My english is really poor right now, i will try to explain as i can.

Here the specs of my Back-UPS.

Ok, now i've got 2 problems.

Sometimes when i powerdown the    electricity, my SAI    keep my home server UP but it doesn't beep, just the lights flash.

Also, parachute says (internal comunication error or something like this) 

This is the second time it happends, first time i had to change the usb cable, reboot the sai and finally it worked.. but it was 1 week ago and again the same error.

Hello Javier,

Can you provide the exact SKU of your UPS so that I can take a look at it? The model number is commonly found underneath the UPS on a small white barcode sticker. What kind of operating system were you using?
