Hi,

i've bought a new APC Backup Pro BR1600SI, and in one month of life it has stuck on green led different times. In this state the UPS doesn't respond to button pressing, and i have to disconnect and reconnect the internal battery to come back working. I bought it on Amazon and i sent it back, and i bought another unit of same model. This unit seems to have the same problem after only 3 days. This problem is a known issue and there is some solution? Or i have to return it and buy another model?
