APC BE700G and usb cable

Hi to all, I'm Max from Italy! 🙂

Today I've received my first ups but inside the box there is only a telephone cable and not the RJ45->USB... Any cable could replace it or it's some sort of propretary cable from APC?

Hello Max,

The RJ45 to USB cable is a proprietary cable used by the UPS.  I am sorry for your inconvenience, but if you contact your local technical support team, they shall be able to assist you in acquiring the necessary cable.
