Does anyone else have experience with the J10/15 models of the APC A/V line? I purchased one and have set it up, but the LCD 'screensaver' does not work at all. It never turns on. I am concerned about spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a unit that may have a bad display in a few years (or months!). If the screensaver doesn't work and the display gets burn-in, will APC replace the display?
Is there a firmware update to fix this issue? Or some other way to fix the screensaver feature?

Hi Mordac,
We do have an APC Knowledgebase that would explain how does the screensaver works, though it says S10/S15 it also applies to your UPS. Also with regards to the burn-in issues, if that would happen and the unit is in warranty we would replace it.

Unfortunately the load percentage on which the screensaver gets activated cannot be changed.

I appreciate the reference to the knowledge base - thank you for updating me. Is there a way to adjust the load % such that the screensaver will activate at a higher load? My UPS ls pretty much always at 8% load.
