I would like to know if I can use this 208 volt ac UPS on a regular home 240VAC without damaging the UPS?
What is the relationship between a 208 VAC UPS and a Regular 230vac UPS. I have read on a meter only 107 VAC on the 208 socket to case ground when running on battery, Can this voltage be used for normal 120vac house hold appliances and PCs.There is no voltage adjustments on this UPS.

Hi David,
Unfortunately DLA3000RMT2U cannot be used on a 240V AC environment. This unit is recommended to be used on a 208V AC setup, if you will use it on a much more higher voltage the unit will run online but will be on AVR Trim state which in the long run would damage the mechanism that corrects voltages. Did you measure the 107V AC, is it on the output of the UPS? If yes, can you tell me if you measured it between the two hot wires or you measured it between one hot and the ground?
I wouldn't recommend using this as a source for 120V AC as well since the output is not always equal to 120V AC sometimes it might be lower than 107V AC but this unit is guaranteed to output 208V AC. If you are looking for units that can be used on a 240V AC environment I'd recommend taking a look at our Smart-UPS RT Product lines.
