I have and airr Inrow SC and is displaying the following output: relay output abnormal state no longer exists
Could you help me please to know what it means and how to solve it?

I get these sorts of alarms too. The InRow ac's have an I/O output connector that can be used to connect to external monitoring/control devices, and when there is an alarm on the SC a relay activates to change the signal level on the output port. I have tried in the past to go into the Unit Configuration and play with the "Output Normal" and "Input Normal" states- whether Open or Closed - but I can't remember whether it made a difference the alert still came up I think.
