Hello, I have a src3000xli which when I connect it, it shows that it has a low battery after 2 hours of being connected to the current, it indicates the battery is full but if I disconnect it and reconnect the current the batteries drop to 5%
the batteries are new
They told me that with a firmware update it is solved but I can't find anywhere how to update it
If you can provide me with a link or file to update the src3000xli, I would appreciate it
