"Inverter shutdown alarm"

Our 10KVA UPS 3S give following alarm , anybody has any idea ?

-- Load on Bypass

-- Inverter Shutdown

I am sorry you are having an issue with your UPS.

The load is on bypass due to some internal UPS fault and also the Inverter is shut down hence the UPS is unable to supply conditioned power to the load.  I would suggest contacting your local Schneider Electric Customer Care centre and they will create a case and offer a troubleshooting solution for you.

A trained Easy 3S UPS engineer would be required to troubleshoot and replace any failed part.

From experience I suspect that the system detects DC Bus fuse open, 

• Fuse Detection Board 0J-12029-00579B may need replacement.

However, without UPS logs and other information like serial number, model type, firmware version etc. it is difficult to determine exactly what is the issue.
