how to select topic

I have 3 Topics, and for starters I need to know into which category this belong:

a)  The transformers  of a smart UPS 3000 get far to hot, much hotter   then the 2200 that affects runtime and electricity consumption.

b)  it is possible to connected multiple smartups on one common battery rail ?

c) is it possible to create 3 phase with 3 smartups ? all produce pure sine wave but they would have to have the phase synchronized. I know it is a long shot, but it should be possible.

Please advise in wht topic I shoud put these questons.
