galaxy 300

Ladies and gentlemen, i have a problem with a galaxy 300, 15kva UPS. when starting up it only ends at system initialisation error. am informed this could be resolved using tuner for g300. i have done many trainings on UPSs but not this type hence i dont have the tuner.

Does anyone know how to resolve this error without g300 UPS tuner.
