ever see a network mgmt card in a symmetra have mac address of all 0? I have 22 new ones and the first 2 that i tried to config by cli, show me this.......

I rebooted and still cannot ping it.....

yes unfortunately this is when there is a mistake at the factory or if something else causes the NMC to lose its MAC setting. it will need to be replaced so just get any model and serial numbers of devices with all 0's for MAC's and we'll send you new ones.
