Posted for information.
We have a AP9631 that everytime we disable ipv6 the environment tab disappears. We have turned it on and off many times and each time the tab either appears of disappears.
Latest firmware has been applied. The solution was to leave ipv6 enabled..

also, if you can provide a case number or incident number for us to review, that may be helpful for us to reach what avenue was taken when you contacted support. both voidstar and i work with these products daily and neither of us know about it so we are curious..

can you please confirm the version of AOS and application you are using? and if you have any accessories actually connected to the AP9631? i ask because i have done this on the latest firmware and not seen an issue so i wonder if its because i have accessories connected and you do not (or something else).

an event log when you do this also might be helpful so i can try to replicate.

I went through all this with the apc support, they went through the logs,acknowledged there was a problem, but could not determine the cause.
In the end we just left ipv6 enabled.
The reason I posted is just for information and so others know "its not just them", and they may be in .position to problem solve on this forum.

I'm still curious what your setup is so I can reproduce it on my end. Ideally we'd like this fixed. Like Angela, I wasn't able to reproduce it in my own setup.
