My apc bx600c-in is not working with Gigabyte P450B PSU when it switches to battery mode (gives 3 continuous beeps in interval of 2 seconds....and shuts down the PC within 20 seconds with main power button turning to red).

Engineer visited and showed it is working on TV with speakers and hence proved something is wrong with PSU ....but I suspect that battery mode is not providing voltage or current in accordance to PSU specification (EVEN AFTER CHANGING THEM) and thereby UVP or something other forcing the UPS to shutdown.

Please look into the features of PSU @here and somebody please at APC tell me the UPS current and voltage specification WHEN IN BATTERY MODE .....so that things get clearer.
