hi, please apc br650ci ups will not switch on,12 volts ac relay will not switch any help ? pls how can I get a circuit diagram for this ups?

What are the steps that you have tried so far on this UPS? Let us see if the UPS would run on battery by doing a cold start. Kindly unplug the UPS from the power source and then press and hold the ON button, normally you will hear a short and a long beep. As soon as you hear the long beep release the button. Let us know how it would turn out.
