Hi,
We have numerous ap8853 pdu's in our DC's and it really bugs me that on the lcd display some show the info for bank current in numbers and some show it as a bar, does anyone know how to change it from the bar to numbers, pics attached to clear up my poor description !!
also i have tried firmware updates which also didnt change it as that seemed to be the only difference between them
thanks
Matt

Hi,
We are bringing back the numbers in our next firmware version due very soon now (v6.6.4). I am not sure of the exact release date but it will be during this month. We will provide the option to use the graph or the numeric values. I believe the graph will be the default but you can change to numeric through the Display Settings - an option called LCD load will be present from where you can set it to graph or numeric.
The only option to get it back NOW will be to downgrade the firmware to an older version.

Hi Matthew,
This update is released now (though we are still working on getting it posted to apc.com). It is available within StruxureWare Data Center Expert's firmware upgrade catalog if you have that tool.
Otherwise, I'll attach it to this post in a .zip. Also attached release notes.
