hello,
i want to manage my SUA5000RMIU. i downloaded the PCNS (powerChute network shutdown) and the PCBE (powerChute business edition), but no one does connect to my UPS.
when i installed PCNS, it asked me the adress of the NMC. how could i adress my NMC. it 's needed to establish connection with the UPS.
thanking you in anticipation.

Good day! If you want to use PCBE to manage and monitor your UPS, you'll need to connect either the USB A to B cable or the serial cable (940-0024) that came with the unit from the UPS to your server. This is used so that the UPS can communicate with your computer. More information about how to install and what operating systems are compatible with PCBE can be found here PCNS needs a network management card to work and is only responsible for gracefully shutting down your servers. PCBE does both UPS management and graceful shutdown of the connected PC.
