Hello,
I have a Symmetra LX 16000 RM with an XR. The Redundant Intelligence Module repeatedly rolls to "On and Failed" under diagnostics.
I replaced the Intelligence Module, this had no effect. It continuously cycles through being failed and cleared:
10/15/2021 12:24:21 UPS: Intelligence Module failure.
10/15/2021 12:24:16 UPS: Intelligence Module failure cleared.
10/15/2021 12:23:56 UPS: Intelligence Module failure.
10/15/2021 12:23:54 UPS: Intelligence Module failure cleared.
10/15/2021 12:23:34 UPS: Intelligence Module failure.
10/15/2021 12:22:56 UPS: Intelligence Module failure cleared.
The XR is displaying E7 and 02. I reseated the SYAFSU16 communications card on the XR, and the RJ cable seems fine and the connections are clean.
The XR is not visible in the web console.
Are these problems related? What is my next step here?
