I recently put together a Windows 7 System and plugged in one of my APC units to see that Windows does not see this USB device. It reports that it might need replacing but I know this is not true. I have several others I've tried that all work on other computers so that's not it. This must be a Windows problem but am unable to find the answer on any other forums. I was hoping there might be some Windows hardware experts here that could direct me on how to solve this issue. I read that others suggest to not connect using the USB cable but I have no idea what else to use.
Thanks.
Al Drake.

Problem solved with the replacement of USB cable. It seems I may have a wrong cable for this device. Now my mission is to locate the right one if I can figure out how to do that.
