Any DNS entries should be specified as both wildcard and discrete FQDN. Wildcard entries typically require deep inspection (as we cannot trust the SNI header) so are generally mutually exclusive with requiring certificate trust.

Address ranges should never include addresses not controlled by APC. For example, a third party CDN that may also serve malicious content.
