I found an older AP9617 card and it updated to 3.61 but now the web will not start. Also when I go into telnet or hyperterm when I select Device Management I get a blank result.
Was this firmware too new for this unit - maybe it did not have enough RAM or ??
Can I revert the firmware?
Where to start, please!
Thanks,
-Bob

What model UPS did you install the card into? Also, what firmware SKU did you apply to the card (Symmetra, Smart-UPS/Matrix, etc?) Can you give us any more information on firmware versions, etc. from the telnet interface? If you installed the wrong device type firmware onto the card, the fact it is the newest version becomes moot since doing this practically hoses NMC communication to the UPS.
Additionally, the web access could be disabled on the card. There is a setting in telnet (Network->Web/SSL/TLS) that allows you to turn on or off the web access.
Yes, you can also try reverting the firmware or reflashing the 361 version, but please confirm the above information first.
