Hello ,
An FSR required to check the front display configuration using terminal program access as sometimes the display come from the factory and SRT UPS detection is enabled by default and need to access the from dispaly and activate the SRV UPS detection instead ,ensure the SRV UPS is properly configured by inserting the command 12W 3 to enable SRV detection on the display through ICB then enter 11C to reboot the display assuming the dip switch configuration of SRV Modbus card is ok and all connection is correct on the ICB pins in device comm port in the lower pins
Regards,
Karim
