We are experiencing communication issue between the ICB (interface Card Box) and SRV UPS in the TWO MDC. Allow me to explain the situation:

The UPS's part number is SRVPM6KRIL, and it contains a MODBUS card with the P/N SRVSMB001. You can install the card in the SRV UPS after configuring the card using the dip switches on it.

Using a device com cable, the card is linked to the ICB (i.e. serial communication)

Following the operation of the micro data center (MDC), the UPS is not detected by the ICB, which detects all other connected devices such as the cooling unit, energy meter, and NETBOTZ!
