Dear Team,
Further to the Knowledge Base FA156549, colud you please confirm if it only implies to SMART UPS ONLINE & BACK UPS or the same voltages will be recorded in other UPSs at large and GALAXY 300 in particular.

I believe the article was created by our Back UPS and Smart UPS team. I checked into this with someone in our EMEA support for 3 phase UPSs. I don't know much on 3 phase here personally but here is what I was told:
Normally all the three phase UPS systems have a Neutral that goes straight through. It is mentioned that the Neutral is bonded to ground at the source. However that is not always the case. In EMEA we have various grounding configurations e.g TN, TT or IT, depending on country / region. The Neutral is bonded to ground at the entry to the building in a TN-S or TN-CS Network. In many countries, mainly in Southern Europe a TT Network is used. Here the Fault current goes through the earth via an earth spike and large RCD's (GFI's) must be used and if tripped the neutral is broken. Depending on the impedance of the Earth Spike, there may be a voltage between Ground and Neutral.
