Vibration and Pressure Test Certificates for Lead Acid Batteries - Part Number 56352135
Hello Everyone,
We have a shipment of UPS's going to Indonesia and Customs are requesting details of Vibration and Pressure Testing.
In the Material Safety Data Sheet (Battery pack containing sealed lead acid batteries - MATERIAL SAFETY DATASHEET Version 1 November 2nd 2015) that has been provided, Section 14 states that "The non-spillable lead acid batteries used in these battery packs are: - Certified by their manufacturers as capable of withstanding the IATA/ICAO Vibration and Pressure Differential Test and that at a temperature of 55 degrees Centigrade, the electrolyte will not flow from a ruptured or cracked case and there is no free liquid to flow. Schneider Electric only authorizes the use of batteries that meet these criteria. Applicable certifications and test reports are available upon request."
Noting that the document states that these are available upon request, we are struggling to obtain them. If anyone has made requests for these before, or knows where they can be found, please let me klnow.
