Hello. The Solid red led on the pcoweb card indicates a failure on the card itself. You can try re-seating the card to see if we can get communication with it. Also try hitting the reset button on the card. If the status led comes on solid red again, this means that the card will need to be replaced. You can call into your local tech support to check on the warranty on the unit and to get the part number for your web card.
