Hello,
today one of our Smart-UPS SRT 6000 shutdown its outlets without a perceivable reason. I found no problem in the data logs with the input voltage, battery (was replaced 3 months ago) or any manual action that triggered the shutdown.
What could have caused this shutdown?
14.08.2025 06:14:40 Device UPS: The output power is turned off.
14.08.2025 06:14:39 Device UPS: Switched outlet group 3, Outlet Group 3, has been commanded to turn off, sequenced.
14.08.2025 06:14:39 Device UPS: Switched outlet group 2, Outlet Group 2, has been commanded to turn off, sequenced.
14.08.2025 06:14:39 Device UPS: Switched outlet group 1, Outlet Group 1, has been commanded to turn off, sequenced.
14.08.2025 06:14:39 Device UPS: Main outlet group, Unswitched Group, has been commanded to turn off, sequenced.
The UPS firmware is 10.4 and NMC version is v2.5.3.3. The release notes of the newer firmware didn't mention any problems with outlet shutdown...

You’ll need to provide the full logs: Event, Data, UPS. Provide a screen shot from the NMC as it relates to outlet control, scheduling, and timers.
If the SRT system is connected to a computer running PCSS disconnect the USB / Serial cable, monitor, and report back the results.
If PCNS is used via NMC disable for validation purposes and report back the results.
If SNMP R/W is present disable write permissions or SNMP entirely for testing & validation purposes.
Any network related system that communicates with the UPS should be reviewed and disabled until validated as not related: NMS, SysLog, Firewall, etc.
The limited event logs you provided point to an external source of the activation.
