I have an AP9630 in an SRT2200. I am unable to access the NMC via http or https, though ssh is still working.
The Firmwareupgrade is failing according to the 'NMC Firmware UPdate Utility', although the device is correct, see attached 'about'.
Is there a way fixing this?

Based on the two screen captures it’s very clear everything is going wrong here! 🤦♂️
Your first step is to download the correct NMC firmware. This board has Symmetra (SY) firmware instead of the Smart-UPS (SUMX).
Download the most recent Smart-UPS 7.2.2 (SUMX) release here:
https://www.se.com/us/en/product/AP9630/apc-ups-network-management-card-2/
There are some prerequisites that must be enabled and in place before you proceed. FTP must be enabled and the user account must be an Administrator / Super User.
Meaning it can’t be the device / network user to install the firmware! ☝️
Once you have the correct Smart-UPS (SUMX) firmware update utility launch it as a Windows Administrator.
Enter the IP Address of the NMC, Admin user name / password, select FTP, do not save logs and hit start.
Once the firmware update completes and the pop up message appears wait another ten seconds before closing that message.
It will take approximately 30-60 seconds for the NMC to reboot and come up and be accessible.
NOTE: Based on the screen capture this NMC is missing the Application module and has the boot loader in its place?!? 🤢
You may need to perform a NMC format before proceeding with the above or manually insert the application module following the NMC FAQ.
Formatting the NMC may restore the system to the correct factory state as such this should be tried first.
Disconnect the RJ45 Ethernet cable, insert a paper clip into the reset hole and hold for more than 25-30 seconds than release.
If done correctly holding down the reset button for (25-30 seconds) once you see the orange LED turn solid - release.
This indicates the NMC is formatting and returning to a factory state. All user defined settings and network attributes will be erased and the NMC will be in DHCP mode with a new IP address / name.
