Unable to Update NMCv3 From v1.3.3.1 to v2.3.1.1

Hello. I have an UPS NMCv3, AP9641 that currently has v1.3.3.1. The update utility will attempt to upload the firmware, but errors and gives the message "Unable to update device x.x.x.x with Firmware Image; stopping all further processing of this device!" I can't seem to find any older AP9641 firmware to step up to the latest. Is there a location for older firmware? Thanks.

Note: I have other NMCv3, however they are on v2.0.0.6 and upgrade without issue to v2.3.1.1.

Hello. Thanks. I was given v1.4.0.19 and v2.0.0.5 by Schneider Support last week and upgraded. I suspect I could have successfully went from v1.3.3.1 to v2.3.1.1 without issue had I factory reset. For some odd reason that's what I had to do to go to either of the older versions.
