don't worry about "Total Battery Capacity Amp hours" - that is only if you use a non-APC external battery cabinet and want to add amp hours in to help calculate the runtime but its already done if you use the external batteries field. just enter in 2 for the number of external batteries as you probably already did.
i see that the bypass lower/upper voltages are 160/255. perhaps voltage was bouncing around out of those ranges. i assume the UPS is on its own dedicated circuit (as it should be). maybe something drew a lot of current temporarily while powering up to cause the voltage to go down? i can only make an educated guess. you can adjust these values if you wanted to but its up to you and the equipment attached (like if the equipment attached could accept voltage within this range if the UPS has to go to bypass for some reason - either manually or automatically).
nothing looks incorrect in your settings - let's keep an eye on it. if something happens again, i would correlate the events in the log to the readout in the data log.
let me know if you have any other questions.

cant tell you just yet - can you provide the full event.txt and data.txt please? instructions here if you need them -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ -> search for FA156131
also - what UPS model is this?

no problem. what i am seeing in the log is some incoming voltage problems and the UPS is telling you there is a problem also if the UPS had to go to bypass, it would not be able to support the load because the incoming voltage would be out of range.
since the data log does not show enough data back to the 8th of january, i cannot tell you what happened specifically there unfortunately. you may want to consider setting up data log rotation so we can offload the logs to an FTP server and research the problem without worrying about the card running out of space and overwriting the data log.
I saw these events recently:

(items bolded indicating lowest input voltage seen at that time)
can you get the config.ini file too and tell me what you see under the SmartUPS/Matrix section (just paste that section or give the full file)? i would like to know what is under there so we can see if you want to adjust bypass transfer ranges and other power relating settings. do you have 208v input there? seems like it.
i can only make an educated guess that something happened on the 8th and then at that time, the UPS turned off (and "braindeaded") and/or the management card was power cycled when someone was attending to the issue. i cant tell what the input was doing at that time though because we have no data log that far back. 😞

We just installed this UPS recently and we may have turned if off that day but I'm not sure. For now I've increased the log size to 1500 and will check it often to see if this happens again. I noticed when looking at the config.ini that our 2 external batteries weren't enabled in the software yet. I just changed it to 2 but what am I supposed to set Total Battery Capacity Amp hours to? It's supposed to be a 208v outlet.
