We have a SURTD5000RMXLP3U with an additional rack mount battery pack connected at our remote location. When we went to change the batteries this morning it logged the following two errors.
05/09/2022 08:30:36 Device UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault. 0x011B
05/09/2022 08:30:36 Device UPS: A battery charger fault exists. 0x012A
We think we had a similar situation with one of these units here previously and it was fixed by rebooting the unit. Is this a known issue with the SURTD5000RMXLP3U?
