Hi all,
we are using a Smart-UPS SRT 5000 and i got quite confused when i tried to look for a firmware update.
The NMC states that we have
SKU: DLRT5KRMXLI
Firmware Revision: UPS 05.1 (ID1013)
Now i found that article: https://www.se.com/eg/en/faqs/FAQ000242942/ where you can see the newest revision for the SRT ID1013 is UPS 15.1.
The confusing part though is: We have 3 more apc UPS' on each of them the SKU matches the actual model, means on our second Smart-UPS SRT 5000(Firmware: 10.4(1020)) the SKU starts with SRT.
Can anyone explain me why we get the SKU DLRT5KRMXLI on our first UPS? I don't get any matches searching for this SKU on google. Is it actually right that i have to install the Firmware 15.1 (1013)?
Thank you in advance.

Hi LasseK,
I am in a very similar boat to you, same SKU and Firmware Revision, this is our only UPS so have nothing else to go off of, but ours is slightly different in that we have a big DellEMC logo on the front. Thanks to your post I now am a bit further in my search for firmware updates as now I know its just a dell rebranded APC, but still struggling to know which is the right firmware to apply. If you have gotten any further on this id really appreciate an update on what actions you took. Thank you.
