UPS AP8659EU3 can't acces by web https

We have some AP8659EU3 PDUs, and we have enabled access by http and https, but when I try to access using https, I get no response from the pdu, but it works fine if I use http,

How can that problem be solved and how can https be used?

I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having.  Will you be able to provide screenshots of the problem that you are encountering with the PDU?  Kindly include the current firmware of its network management card by going to About > Network.

Also, have you tried using a different browser?
