If you are asking about a SmartConnect advanced subscription then if the UPS has been replaced under warranty the subscription will be transferred upon end user request.

What if that is not the case though, and you just want to retire a UPS that is under smartconnect and move that license to another unit that maybe is or is not similar to the original unit that had the subscription. Will they honor this request, or does it have to be only in the event of a warranty replacement?
