The Application Is Incompatible With This APC OS

I followed a similar post and used the command: resetToDef -p keepip, the reboot and typed "yes"

It rebooted ad it corrected the issue, but when I edited the email notification It reverted to the old error :

The Application Is Incompatible With This APC OS

You are attempting to access an APC device.   The application you are trying to load is incompatible with the current APC OS. Please verify the correct firmware is loaded.

Please help, I need a fix asap.
