We have a Symmetra LX system that will not come out of bypass mode because of a "Battery Module Fault". Originally the unit said it went into bypass mode because of a system overload, Failed MIM, Failed RIM, failed Power module, and failed Battery Module. The batteries in the system were just replaced with spares this morning and the fault is still present. the MIM, RIM, and Power Modules were also replaced today. I have also attempted to go into maintenance bypass mode and restart the unit. The system diags say that all the installed batteries are in "OK" status so why is the Power Module Fault still present? how do i get the unit out of bypass? any suggestions would be awesome. Oh! and before i'm asked below you will find the info from each battery (SN's Withheld).

Was just noticing you appear to have a 50/50 mix of newer ( 2010/2012) and very old (2005) battery modules, which is not best practice and is not recommended by any UPS manufacturer. If the older cells have deteriorated and are showing higher impedance that may actually cause the system battery bus voltage to be lower than it should be. If this were my system I would immediately pull battery 3 and 4 and see if that improves things....
