I am trying to figure out where the Event logs are logged on a Symmetra LX 8000 RM with an AP9631 Network Card. We had an event that did not capture why the UPS went on battery. Are the logs captured and stored on the UPS or the Network Card?

Hi Eddie,
The NMC stores both event logs (a list of all events that happen in the system) and data logs (snapshots of things like input/output voltage, battery voltage, battery charge percentage, etc). Assuming you are running the latest revision of firmware (v6.x) You can find them in the web interface under the "logs" tab, or you can download text files of them and other debugging tools either through the web interface under "About --> Support, Generate Logs, Download" or through FTP. More informatoin on how to download them can be found here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131/
