Symmetra LX 16k AP9619 NMC1

Does not work for a Symmetra LX 16k AP9619 NMC1 Getting communications lost. 

I didnt check to see what was in there before it went t!ts up but luckily i have another Symmetra LX 16k with the same AP9619 NMC1 card and was able to FTP into there. 

Its running apc-hw02-aos_334.bin

apc-hw02_sy_331.bin

How can i get these 2 files? Also i see where The admin says the upgrade is up to 337. Can i get the right files for a symmetra?

Hi @southcrossboss 

The SUMX firmware is meant to be used for network cards that are installed on a SmartUPS/Matrix UPS.  If the card is installed on a Symmetra Single Phase UPS, the SY application should be used.

The AP9619 is our first-generation network card and is already obsolete/phased out.  The latest firmware that I was able to find for this card that would work for the Symmetra Single Phase unit is v3.7.2, kindly refer to the links below to download it and the guide.
