Hi Team,
Am working on Symetra PX48KW (SY32K48H-PD) I want to download service logs for MIM & RIM but have filled to connect, which is the recommended cable? Have been Using (940-0024E) can some one help and advise what could be the problem. Currently the UPS is reporting an Arlam: (Battery defective (capacity is lower than 50%)
