Smart-UPS X 750 issue

Hey, this is the third time I'm posting a question so I hope it doesn't go to spam this time. 🙂 I'm having an issue with one of these (out of a few on this client's site) randomly turning off outlet groups for no reason. No power issues are logged. Hoping someone can offer a suggestion? Thanks!

post log files and also see if you have scheduled shutdowns incorrectly added

I initially posted them but they were marked as spam. A wise person would have just replied to my original comment that was approved and included the logs, but I'm fresh out of those at the moment! 😂

I should add that I think this has just started doing this. It's been running solidly for years as far as I know. In fact, the Sonicwall firewall connected to it had a year or so of uptime the last time I looked at it before this started.

I checked the scheduled shutdown settings, and there are none for the UPS or the outlet groups, only the option to create them.
