Smart-UPS X 2200 Shut down by itself

Hi,

One of our Smart-UPS X 2200 (SMX2200HV with external battery pack) suddenly shut itself off. 

There was no transfer due to input power, no other indication that anything was going on, it just shut down, still accessible on management and indicating 100% battery capacity. Install date was 2017-11 so running 18 months.

It killed 300 customers' fiber connections so pretty annoying to buy a UPS that creates power outages....

This seems quite similar to these issues, but without any indication on switching due to battery or line errors beforehand.;
