Smart UPS SURT 10000 XLI restarts automatically

I have an APC UPS Smart Model SURT 10000 XLI. I have connected almost 4KW load on it since last 4 years.

Last night suddenly all the system restarts automatically. All the systems powered On. When I checked the UPS, four battery's leds are green but not single Load led turn green. I tried to ping the network but no ping response received. The network management card model is AP9631.

What should be the fault?

I think the best idea would be to contact your country Customer Care team who will be able to troubleshoot this with you
