Smart UPS SRT 5000A local display button fault exists

Hello, my name Matt,  I have a SRT-5000 UPS on site and when I log into DCE  it's giving me a alarm UPS: A local display button fault exists. I've tried restarting the controller card but that did not work to clear the alarm. All the outlets are still up and running.

Looking for advice or guidance on how to clear this alarm in the unit & out of DCE

Hi @MBender ,

I have the same problem but intermittently on a SRT5KRMXLT.  Schedule self-test passes fine, operation is fine. No obvious problem using the buttons when in front of the UPS.

I've opted for tuning out the alarm to the maximum, unitl the device gets replaced.

What active / past faults are displayed on the LCD?!?

If there are any problems clear them and report back what is seen in the LCD / DCE.

All the alarms have been cleared. no alarms are present on the device itself & when we log into the gui but DCE still showing failure. i also tried reloading the device in DCE and still shows failure. When double click on the device on the monitoring tap the UPS loads and shows no alarms.  I am all out ideas
