I have upgraded Smart-UPS SRT 5000 from version UPS 04.0 (1013) to UPS 15.1 (ID1013). The upgrade did not finish successfully and have damaged the ups. I am trying to find a downgrade file and I can't find any. I have attached images of where the ups stuck.
