Smart-UPS RT 5000 XL
We have a Smart-UPS RT 5000 XL with one external battery.
After running a self test, which runs every 14 days, now it gives the message 'Discharged Battery the battery power is too low to support the load.
LOad is 49%
battery capacity 100%
input voltage: 209.1 VAC
Output Voltage: 207.7 VAC
Runtime remaining: 16sec
status shows:
Last battery transfer: UPS Battery test
Internale Temperature: 23.8C
Runtime Remaining: 16sec
Input Voltage: 208.6 VAC @ 60.0 Hz
Output Voltage: 207.9 VAC @ 60 Hz
Load Current: 8.4 Amps
Output VA: 34.9%
Output Watts: 48.8%
Battery Capacity: 100.0%
Battery Voltage: 218.2 VDC
Num of External Batteries: 1
Rated Output Voltage: 208 VAC
Bypass Upper Voltage: 255 VAC
Bypass Lower Voltage: 160 VAC
Output Frequency Range Auto 50/60 Hz
I've ran a UPS Self Check and a Runtime Calibration, this will take the battery capacity down to 20% or so and start spitting errors then show a 3sec runtime until it charges back up to 100% then gives me 16sec runtime.
