We have a Smart-UPS RT 3000 XL which seems to turn off the output power every time it performs a self-test. The UPS has a 9630 network management card installed.
The logs seem to indicate problem occurs during self-tests - or that the self tests are run after/during the problem - We're not sure.
The UPS is currently online with no alarms present. Battery capacity is at 100% Load at 20%. Can anyone assist? Is this a bug? Hardware problem?

ok. can you provide the firmware versions of both the UPS and the NMC?
it does sound like a UPS issue here but lets just check.
if you log into the NMC, check the UPS tab->About for the UPS firmware and then the NMC firmware is under the Administration tab->General->About.
thanks!

you are seeing the messages in the log but is the actual power turning off which is causing your load to turn off?

Yes, the output power is being shut off, causing our network equipment to power down/reload.
