Smart UPS 5000 and network shutdown

our USV has turned off her output power. (the third time). In my opinion, the USV has to shutdown all my server. But only turned off the output power.

Unfortunately, with the lack of information, we cannot really help you yet.

Please provide details including model and firmware version of network management card, version of OS and version of PowerChute software, and any log files from each so we can look at this further.
