Hi Guys,

I am new to all this new online forums so apologies if these questions have already been answered.

I have several DLA2200RMI2U units which when you have the batteries connected were showing the batteries fully charged then occasionally showing the red battery not connected light after doing a little bit of exploring noticed that when you disconnect the power to the UPS all the lights stay on the same but I now get no output power from the unit. if you try and do a cold start then the unit just clunks and I get a constant beeping with the red battery disconnected light lit. is this just a simple case of the batteries need replacing or is tere something else going on with the units?
