I have a Smart-UPS 1500 with a AP9640 NIC(running firmware v3.1.1.1) that's continuously reporting via SNMP that it's on battery and that the battery level is critical. When I check in the web UI I can see that it is in fact not on battery and that the battery level is fine. On top of that the UPS has been falsely reporting for several days so it must be connected to power.
I can't find anything in the logs that correlates to when I start getting these notifications. The UPS seems to randomly get stuck in this "inverse" state.
Rebooting the NIC fixes the issue but the issue reappears 1-2 weeks later. Today was the 3rd time this has happened so I figured I'd ask here before I go on site to replace the NIC.

Provide the data and event logs from the NMC for review. Also provide an image capture of the sensitivity and upper / lower transfer voltage settings.
Lastly, show me the SNMP logs and their settings. Are you sure the SNMP alerts are not due to custom settings vs the default from the UPS?!?
Almost everyone changes the defaults to a wider / narrower value for the different metrics for better visibility and alerting.
