Hi guy's
Our client have 3 units of 60KVA Silcon UPS ( SL60KH ), connected in parallel and everything are doing good no alarm/fault.
But my concern is, 1 of the UPS show the battery voltage on the display panel was 423, 424, but when we measure the actual battery voltage the reading was 436.1, 436.7 Vdc. They said that the battery Voltage from Display Panel and the actual battery voltage reading will not be the same at all, is it true??
any advise..thanks

This can be fixed by calibrating the unit. You would need to call into APC to have one of their technicians perform this if you don't know how.

APC service partner already go down to the site for calibration but still the display is the same.
What should be the truth about the actual reading and display from the panel, by rights it should be the same or not?
