Context:
We never performed a runtime calibration on our Smart-UPS. So we're new on that action. After replacing two UPS we want to perform a runtime calibration via PowerChute Business Edition. There are 8 servers attached and shutdown sequence is configured to shutdown these servers (7 via shutdown script triggered via PowerChute and 1 directly by that software).
Question:
If we perform runtime calibration via PowerChute Business Edition will the configured shutdown sequence be triggered or not? We assume, no shutdown sequence will be triggered. Correct?
Thanks for your answers!

You're right - runtime calibrations issued via software should only discharge the UPS to between 10-20% and not turn the UPS off.

Oh sorry, no, it will not execute your script. This is not treated as a shutdown or on battery event.

Sorry, but the meaning of shutdown sequence was concerning the shutdown script and not the UPS here. So will the script get triggered via software calibration (and we have to disable it) or not?
Thank you,
Sebastian

Thanks for your, and sorry for my late response. I successfully performed a runtime calibration without any shutdown.
